Aloha all... We're starting with a new monthly thing called Ukulele-Sunday-Matin�e... If you happen to be in Helsinki, check them out:
Uke-Sunday-Matin�e
FUN (Finnish Ukulele Network) proudly presents the Finland premiere of the Paul Kraus film The Jumping Flea, tales of the modern Ukulele. Before the film you are welcome to enjoy a late brunch at our uke-buffet. After the film a colourful uke-program with uke-acts, Uke-a-Long and an open stage.

Mahalo... You know, fun is what the FUN is all about... Anyhow, in september/october we'll be showing Rock That Uke and offer an impressive programme with international uke-guests, buffet, uke-a-long, house-uke-band (have a guess who it might be) and an open stage. I hope you or any other Sewdish fellow-ukesters can make it then... As usal, get in touch if you need help/tips with travel arangements... I guarantee that it's well worth taking a weekend-cruise from Stockholm to Helsinki and back.

Because of personal issues, the event is canceled... well, it's not canceled, it's postponed... And the personal issue is the fact that I'm moving to a new home to escape the renovation work taking place at the present flat and despite of my talent in multi-tasking I can't figure out how to run an event and manage the moving simultaniously... I'm thinking of filing a complaint at the God Inc. about the faults in creation and kindly ask Him for a renewal where the day would consist of a minimum of 48 hours... anyways, check this out:
